1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. "Service" means the service We provide to You. We will advertise Your accommodation/business/visitor attraction/etc. on our website subject to the payment of an annual fee which is payable in advance.

"Service User" means any individual who makes an application to use Our Service and who completes the registration process. When Your annual payment is received by Us, We enable your details to be viewed online.

"You, Your" means the Service User who has submitted a completed registration and payment for using Our Service.

"Us, We, Our" means AWMP Creative Media PO Box 177 Penzance Cornwall TR18 2ZN UK.

2. DISCLAIMERS

2.1. IntoCornwall.com is an information and advertising site. We will advertise Your accommodation/business/visitor attraction/etc. but We do not guarantee to find You clients.

2.2. We make every effort to ensure that the information contained in the pages of Into Cornwall is accurate and correct. However, we accept no liability arising from reliance upon the information contained in the pages of the Into Cornwall website or any other information accessed via this site.

2.3. We are not responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, which arises from Your use of this Service.

2.4. While We seek to ensure that Into Cornwall.com and all its features will be available for most of the time We cannot be held responsible for any periods of unavailability which are due to server maintenance or failure or any other circumstances which are beyond Our control. In the unlikely situation that the site is unavailable and that this results in Your details not being displayed for a period of more than seven consecutive days We will negotiate an appropriate discount with You for that period.

2.5. We cannot be held responsible for any failure of accessibility between IntoCornwall.com and Your own website.

3. PAYMENT/CHARGES/DISCOUNTS/CANCELLATION

3.1. Payment is made annually in advance by online credit /debit card payment, cheque, postal order, standing order, internet banking, telephone banking or cash. Your first payment is made when you register with us and then you will be billed annually in advance.

3.2. On receipt of Your completed application and payment, We enable the details which You have given to us in addition to the details which We add to appear online on IntoCornwall.com.

3.3. Payment by Standing Order attracts a discount over other payment methods.

3.4. Late payments can incur a late payment charge. The late payment charge becomes applicable 14 days after the Account Reminder has been issued. Your advertisement will also be removed from Into Cornwall until Your account is settled.

3.5. On payment of Your fee Your details will be enabled for viewing online on IntoCornwall.com

3.6. The charge for the service does not include the cost of photo production unless you purchase that service as an additional option. Advertisers are expected to supply their own photographs.

3.7. Advertising charges are for a whole year. If you cancel your advertisement part way through a year, during your service period the full fee for the year is still payable. If you do not wish to renew You must notify Us in writing or by email. within 14 days of receiving Your renewal invoice. If You fail to notify us within this time You will be liable to pay for the additional time which You have been online.

4. SERVICE

4.1. We take the details/photos which You supply Us with, add additional details from any options which you have chosen and activities e.g. birdwatching, horseriding, surfing,etc.which can be accessed in Your locality, and enter Your details into Our Search System (For Accommodation Advertisers) or display Your business/attraction/etc. details according to the options You specify from Our advertising options. A search facility is also available for identifying businesses/visitor attractions.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5.1 All Intellectual Property Rights in this Service shall be owned by Us.

6. SERVICE USER RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1 You are responsible for ensuring that the content of any material which You submit in Your registration form is accurate. You should not use language or images on this Service which are obscene, offensive, racist, sexist or which discriminate against any individual. We reserve the right to remove any material posted on the site which incites hate against any person or group.

6.2 Holiday Accommodation Advertisers who use the late Availability Control Panel are responsible for adding and deleting their own entries for that service.

6.3 Business Advertisers who use the Special Deal Control Panel are responsible for adding and deleting their own entries for that service.
