Trevarthian Holiday Home No. 7 is a large first floor apartment in the excellent Mount's Bay location of Marazion, only 50 yards from the beach with superb panoramic views of St Michael's Mount, Mousehole, Newlyn and Penzance.
No. 7, Trevarthian House offers sea views, is next to the beach and is within easy walking distance of shops, pubs and galleries.
The large open-plan lounge/diner and kitchen has a 32 inch flat-screen digital television and DVD player.
The kitchen has an oven with hobs, a microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment.

The usual changeover day is Saturday.
The apartment is heated by central heating radiators and there is also an additional electric fire in the lounge.
Parking, heating, electric and bed-linen is all included in the tariff.

Trevarthian House is a large detached grade 2 listed building of architectural and historic interest. Situated in its own grounds, with beautiful views of St. Michael’s Mount and Mount’s Bay, the house lies within fifty yards of the sandy beach.
Built by a Tin Smelter and Merchant by the name of Gilbert Pearce in the Victorian era, Trevarthian House was one of the largest residences in Marazion’s history. Its architectural style, palm trees, gardens and beach side location offer a colonial feel and the stained glass window and mosaic floor of the entrance hall hint at grandeurs of the past.
The grounds of Trevarthian House offer a tranquil holiday setting in which to relax. The location allows guests to be opposite the beach and St. Michael’s Mount while within four hundred yards of the centre of Marazion.
The private driveway joins the main road through Marazion making Trevarthian Holiday Homes easy to find and a convenient starting point for visiting the surrounding area.
Penzance, St Ives and Land End are a short car or bus journey away. The apartments are all self-contained and refurbished to a very high standard. There is an office, free laundry and large private car park on site. There is also a bus stop 50 yards away.
Only a two-minute walk to the safe sandy beach at Marazion, which has a children's playground, village pubs, restaurants, galleries, shops and bus-routes for Lands End, St Ives, Penzance.
