Have you ever thought about
Are you concerned about whether
Are you mature, active,
Try out your Dream
Take one of our central-heated bungalows on a long-let to experience life in Cornwall 'out of season'. Make an informed decision, based on personal experience, before you take the step of moving permanently.
Find out what the far west of Cornwall really has to offer those who live here year-round and, more importantly, whether that lifestyle will suit you.
Watch the countryside change from season to season and take part in local customs and festivals - they don't all happen during the summer.
This part of Cornwall has much to see and do, particularly around Christmas - think of the Christmas lights in Mousehole, Newlyn and other small villages, enjoy bracing walks around the coast, call in at a cosy local Inn - and, of course, there is the mild climate, often several degrees warmer than the rest of the country. Naturally, when you stay here for longer than one or two weeks you have the time to see more, so if you don't get to that little cove this week, you can always go next week, or the week after.
We have bungalows with two or three bedrooms. These are not just 'winter lets', if you want to stay for a year, or longer, you have that option. All lets are Assured Shorthold Tenancies, which run for a minimum of six months initially. Bungalows may be taken unfurnished (the usual arrangement) or with very basic furniture supplied, although we do not supply cookers or electrical equipment.
Rents are from £110 per week.
