JOIN DISCOVERY CHANNEL AT LAND’S END THIS SUNDAY AS SEAN CONWAY COMPLETES THE ULTIMATE BRITISH TRIATHLON
Having set-off from John O’Groats in late March, extreme endurance adventurer Sean Conway has been running the length of the country and will become the first person to complete the Ultimate British Triathlon when he reaches Land’s End this Sunday.
We’re asking as many fans of the bearded runner as possible to join us at the famous Land’s End signpost at around lunchtime on Sunday 3 May to cheer him over the finish line!
Date: Sunday 3 May
Time: 1pm approx. (tbc)
Location: Land’s End signpost – next to the Land’s End Hotel (TR19 7AA)
Should Sean encounter any setbacks on his journey the event may move by an hour or so however we’ll keep you fully updated here and on Discovery and Sean’s Twitter pages.
Discovery Channel is following Sean every step of the way for a special documentary to be shown this June and this is the big finale so don’t miss your chance to be there for it – you may even end up on TV!
For those who feel confident and fit enough for it, there will be the opportunity to run part of Sean’s last mile alongside him but please note that the route is a rocky path and any participants will run at their own risk.
If you do plan on coming to meet Sean, it would be great if you could let us know by sending a tweet using #runwithsean.
We hope to see you there!
