The cottage has three floors.
Kitchen/dining room with gas hob and electric oven, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Dining table seats 6. There is no washing machine.
Living room; WiFi, Free Sat TV and DVD player.
Bedroom 1; double bed, 4ft 6in and single 3ft bed, with door to first en-suite; bath with hand held shower, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom 2; two single 3ft beds with door leading to second en-suite; shower cubicle with WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Central heating
Balcony/patio with table and chairs.
The Cornwall Coast Path passes the upper entrance to the cottage, offering stunning coastal views.
Boat trips can be made to a local Island (a haven for grey seals and herring gulls).
Sea fishing trips can also be taken and freshly caught fish can be purchased on the quay.
The Eden Project is approximately 40 minutes’ drive away,
Alternatively - you could just enjoy relaxing at this captivating cottage, taking advantage of the south facing 'sun trap' balcony, relishing the views of the famed Banjo Pier and out to sea.
