An ideal location from which to explore Cornwall, there are many attractions in the area including The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charlestown harbour with its traditional tall ships and Shipwreck museum, Lanhydrock House, Restormel Castle and the unspoilt fishing villages of Fowey, Looe and Polperro to name just a few. Pentewan beach is only 2 miles away.

Kitchen/diner is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Outside the accommodation is a small shared patio area to the front with seating and BBQ.
