The apartment has steps which lead down to the water's edge. Situated in a former chandlers Barnacles is an idyllic spot in which to enjoy a special holiday break with views of the Bodinnick Ferry and the River Fowey.
Fowey is an ancient town with an important harbour, once protected by a castle and block houses on each side of the river. With its historic buildings, narrow streets, interesting shops, excellent restaurants, bistros and pubs, Fowey hosts a number of prestigious events every year including a literature festival and a royal yachting regatta.
There are lovely riverside walks and a sandy beach at Readymoney Cove.
