Within easy reach of the town's premier beach, Gyllyngnvase. Falmouth is close to many main attractions, including The Eden Project and the beautiful Cornish coastline, with its harbours and creeks with water perfect for a range of water-sports.

The Engleton is also well located for Famouth Univeristy, with the School of Art 10 minutes' walk away and 6-7 minutes' drive or a short bus journey from the Tremough Campus at Penryn.
