Rosemundy Villa is a detached Grade II listed Georgian house in the attractive village of St Agnes on the north coast of Cornwall.
The accommodation is located in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a World Heritage Site with beautiful countryside.
Sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. (two on the ground floor and two on the first floor).
Ground floor: Entrance hall with stairs leading to lower ground floor and first floor. Twin bedroom with 3' beds, double bedroom with 5' bed, shower room.
Lower ground floor: Sitting room with french doors to terrace and garden; kitchen with garden room for dining with french doors to garden, utility room, WC.
First floor: Twin bedroom with 3' beds, master double bedroom with 5' bed, bathroom with roll top bath.
Oil central heating, open fire in sitting room.
Large enclosed rear garden with lawn and mature shrubs - parents of toddlers, please be aware of a small stream which borders the garden and flows through a narrow cutting 1' wide.
Parking for two vehicles.
A well-behaved dog is welcome (small additional charge), kept to the kitchen/utility area please.

Within walking distance there is an excellent choice of local shops, restaurants and pubs.
St Agnes has two excellent sandy beaches, Trevaunance Cove (10 minute walk) and Chapel Porth which is owned by the National Trust. Both are popular and suit all ages.
Surf lessons and equipment hire are available at Trevaunance Cove and coasteering and guided kayaking are further options.
Play a game of tennis at St Agnes Tennis Club where you can “pay to play.”
For the less adventurous, St Agnes is well known as a centre for arts and crafts and there are a wealth of workshops and galleries to explore.
Enjoy one of the many superb walks, a recommended one is around St Agnes Beacon which is owned by the National Trust and offers some stunning views.
If you have a passion for food why not try the mouth-watering Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall restaurant (Watergate Bay) or enjoy a delicious meal at Rick Stein's seafood restaurant (book well ahead to secure a table).
The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Falmouth with its superb castle and Maritime Museum provide you with a diverse and interesting variety of activities.
The National Trust House and Gardens of Trelissick and Trerice are both beautiful places to visit.
Take a stroll around the pretty town of Padstow with its abundance of shops or the cathedral city of Truro.
