Spring Water Barn is one of three holiday cottages on the magnificent Bonython Estate, less than five miles from Helston on the Lizard Peninsula.
The accommodation has been renovated to a 5-star standard, and is beautifully furnished. The layout of the property has been designed with great thought and style.
Ground floor accommodation: Open plan living room with kitchen and dining areas. Separate utility room. Double bedroom with 6'6 zip-and-link bed, and roll top bath. En-suite shower room. Egyptian cotton sheets and mohair blankets.

Guests are welcome to explore Bonython Estate Gardens which extend to 20 acres with a recently renovated walled garden, potager and a hidden valley with three small lakes. The gardens are rated as one of 'The Great Gardens of Cornwall' and given a star in the 'Good Garden Guide'. Bonython Estate is a traditional, mixed agricultural Cornish estate with ancient manor, farm and woodland stretching almost from one side of the Peninsula (the Helford River) to the other (the beach at Poldhu Cove) with both shores just over a mile away.

Bonython Estate is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful coves and coastal paths of the Lizard peninsula. There are many small towns, villages and wonderful beaches nearby including Kynance Cove and Kennack Sands and numerous fishing villages such as Coverack, Cadgwith and Mullion, famous for Cornish crab and lobsters!
Other attractions include the lighthouse station on Lizard Point (true southernmost tip of the British Isles) and Goonhilly's Earthstation, with the largest satellite dishes in the Northern Hemisphere.
On the Estate you will also find Mews Cottage, sleeping six guests; and St Corantyn Cottage, sleeping four guests.
