Cellars Beach is a sand and shingle beach on the Percuil River opposite St Mawes.
Tucked away on a secluded part of the Roseland Peninsula near St Anthony Church, Place House and St Anthony Head,
There are the remains of a boat on part of the beach.
Watch out for strong currents when the tide is ebbing. Swimming is possible towards high tide.
There is no lifeguard service and no rescue equipment available.
Cellars Beach is dog friendly with dogs allowed on the beach all year round.
During the summer there are toilets and a tea room available at nearby St Anthony Head.
More facilities can be found at Gerrans and Portscatho around 2 miles (3.5km) from Bohortha.

Take the A3078 towards St Mawes until you reach Trewithian. Follow the road signposted to Portscatho and Gerrans and then continue for about 2 miles (3km) on the road to
St Anthony Head. On the right, is a turning to Bohortha.
There are a limited number of roadside parking spaces
Follow the track keeping the farm on your right. After 109 yards (100m) take the left hand track for Cellars Beach.
It is also possible to walk just over a mile (1.8km) along the coast path to the beach from the National Trust car park at St Anthony Head. You will pass the Molunan Beaches.
There is also the option to take the ferry from St Mawes.
