Porthcurno Beach

Beautiful Porthcurno Beach on a sunny day in February.

Walking our dog we noticed that the recent stormy seas had brought in plastic waste so we decided to have a quick clean up and bag the plastic for disposing of in the bin at the car park.

It doesn't take long to fill up a couple of bags and if everyone, who is able to, has a go when they visit the beach it gets rid of lots of plastic waste.

And please remember when you're using the beach always take your litter away with you, whether it's plastic, paper, glass, a used barbecue tray or a disposable nappy.

It's horrible and totally unnecessary, the things that some people choose to leave behind on beaches.
