St Mawgan in Pydar Parish Church is located in the lovely churchtown in the Vale of Lanherne. Every year the church holds a Flower Festival based on a theme.
In 2016, to mark the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's death, the theme is a Shakespearean one. The whole church is decorated with wonderful displays of flowers. Here we can see the font with its display.
The Flower Festival is open to the public daily. Admission is free but donations to church funds are welcome to help preserve this lovely parish church.
