Cornwall's coast path is alive with wildflowers, colourful moths and butterflies and fantastic coastal scenery and beaches. Portheras Cove is on the north coast of the Land's End peninsula. The Cinnabar Moth (Tyria jacobaeae) starts life as the familiar black and yellow striped caterpillar often seen on Ragwort (Jacobaea vulgaris). Here its moth is perched on a Scabious flower.
