Shower, wash and toilet facilities are in a newly kitted out block with hot water drawn from our solar panels. Small store exclusively for patrons.

Eden's Yard is a 15 minute woodland walk from the famous Eden Project and 2 miles from the Coast Path at Carlyon Bay or - a little further along - the enigmatic harbour village of Charlestown.
National Cycle route 3 comes past our gate deep in China Clay country. Explore the acclaimed Clay Trails and see how an industry rebuilt the landscape of Cornwall.
Wifi, fresh bedding (on a full-size 3' single bunk) and a simple toasty breakfast with tea and coffee are all included.
Full breakfast and evening meals are available on request. We are happy to provide lighter meals earlier if you plan to head out for the evening. It is our pleasure to accommodate most special dietary requirements, do just let us know on arrival.
