Located in a row of properties along the aptly named Squeeze Belly Alley, renowned as one of the narrowest thoroughfares in Britain, the cottage is attractively presented and offers comfortable accommodation with a clever use of space, a perfect base for a couple or a small family.
Port Isaac offers many breathtaking walks around the dramatic coastline of North Cornwall. The village is well known as the filming location for 'Doc Martin' where it features as 'Port Wenn'.

Well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, built-in electric oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge with ice box and dining table to seat four.

First floor. Double bedroom with views across the rooftops and 4ft 6in double bed. Bathroom with roll top bath, shower over, hand basin and WC.
To the rear of the cottage is a decked area with a table and chairs and is accessed from the living space. Private, fenced garden across the path with a patio, small lawn and garden furniture.
Designated parking place at the top of the village. Unloading is possible by the entrance to the alleyway a few feet from the property. Further parking is available at the public car park at the top of the village (700 yards).
Bed linen, bath towels, bed guard for one of the bunk beds. WiFi, electricity and heating (night storage) are included.
Within easy travelling distance are Port Gaverne's sandy beach only half a mile away. Port Quin 2.5 miles with Tintagel, Boscastle, Padstow all within a 30 minute drive.
