Bossiney Mound

Cornwall Information & Accommodation Guide

Bossiney Mound is an artificial mound believed to be the remains of a Norman castle

The Norman castle would have been of timber construction but the site could be much older than this and could have been used much earlier than the Norman period.

The mound is on private property but you can view it from outside the property.
