Events in or around Porthpean

Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) is excited to announce that its annual Porthpean family fun day and fun dog show is back this summer.

The event will take place on Sunday 5th August 10.30am – 4pm at Porthpean Outdoor Education Centre just across the road from CHSW’s Little Harbour children’s hospice and will have something for everyone to enjoy.

* BBQ
* Ice cream
* Cakes
* Bouncy castle
* Toddler playzone
* Go karts
* Wipe out
* Indoor climbing wall
* Winston the waste truck will also be making an appearance with the Biffa team.

The fun dog show will commence at 1pm with lots of great classes to enter your four-legged friends in to with prizes up for grabs too.

The day is free to come along to and CHSW hopes to see lots of families coming to enjoy all that has been planned for the day while supporting St Austell’s children’s hospice.
