Festival in St Agnes celebrating its folklore and the Giant Bolster. This event celebrates the folk story of Bolster and the Celtic Saint Agnes with a lantern procession, weekend of events, pageant and re-enactment of the story in St Agnes and Chapel Porth. It starts with a lantern and torch procession through the village to the top of the St Agnes Beacon and a large bonfire and barbecue.

Saturday-
10:00 - Building the bonfire, all welcome up the top to help us build the bonfire for lighting on Saturday evening
20:15 - The lantern Procession leaves Churchtown square up to the Beacon, bring your lanterns and walk to the top for a BBQ and relaxation by the fire.
Sunday -
9:30 - Dressing the Bolster at the sports club come and help out
9:30 - Dressing the Cliffs at Chapel porth, come along and help out
12:00 - Drummers meet it the Library car park for the street theatre
12:30-13:30 Street theatre around the village
15:45 - Drummers meet at the top car park at Chapel Porth
16:30- Pageant
17:15 - Music in the bottom car park after the pageant
