The Flicka Foundation Donkey Sanctuary is a sanctuary for the donkeys and ponies who have been rescued.

Entry to the sanctuary is free, but donations to help support the donkeys are always welcome.

This unusual grave contains the twelve bodies of crew members of the wrecked ship, Hera. The grave is 75 feet long.

The remaining twelve crew members were never recovered.

Bodrugan's Leap, near Turbot Point, lies between Mevagissey and Gorran Haven on Cornwall's south coast, just a short distance from the beautiful Chapel Point and Colona Beach.

The former owner of Bodrugan Barton fled from the cliffs here leaping onto a boat bound for France.

Portholland has a beach on its western side and to the east is its main beach and the beautiful unspoilt village of East Portholland. At low water the two merge into one large sandy beach.
