Polurrian Cove Beach is a sandy, west-facing beach on the Lizard Peninsula. It is a popular family beach.
Polurrian Cove is set in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). There is no car parking available at the beach nor any other facilities. Mullion village is nearby, being around a ten minute walk. The path to the beach is slightly steep and not suitable for everyone. RNLI Lifeguards are on duty at Polurrian Cove from the 7th July - 2nd September Weekends only. For more information about the lifeguard service - 0845 045 6999 Monday–Friday 8am–6pm Polurrian Cove has a dog ban from 1st July to 31st August between 10am - 6pm and is dog friendly outside these hours and from 1st September to 30th June.
