LMCG will be recruiting for local membership Port Eliot Dog Festival and Whippet's Tea Party Every Year usually in MayRoo and Lark invite their friends and their humans to the annual Dog Festival in the grounds of Port Eliot.
Dog classes from Midday.
The day will have something for everyone with stalls, refreshments and entertainment, as well as a family dog show and agility course and of course the highlight of the day – Roo’s Whippet Tea Party for our canine friends.
Roo and Lark, Port Eliot's resident whippets host a tea party for all dogs to come along to.
This is a unique experience both for the dogs, who get to enjoy an incredible dog-friendly spread, as well as for owners who stand back and watch the chaos unfold.
Held in support of Children's Hospice South West.
Entry to the dog festival is £5 for adults,
£2 for under 18s and children under 11s are free.
£1.00 per class entry in the dog show

Longstone Park, Victoria Gardens & Fore Street, Saltash, PL12 6DW
In 2016 the new committee took the May Fair back to the town and back to its community roots. With overwhelming positive feedback from residents, businesses, exhibitors and the wider community it will remain back in the town.
The 2016 event had an estimated footfall of around 4,500 throughout the whole day over Fore Street, Victoria Gardens and Longstone Park. The committee will hope to replicate these high footfall numbers by once again offering a full day of non-stop entertainment.
We would love to see you there!
For more information: Saltash May Fair The Black Prince Flower Boat Procession Every first Bank Holiday in MayThe Black Prince Procession takes place on the first Bank Holiday Monday in May in the villages of Millbrook, Kingsand and Cawsand. Money raised from the event goes to Lions charities.
The newly flower-decorated model boat, the 'Black Prince', is carried shoulder high through the villages by four volunteer Naval Ratings from HMS Raleigh, accompanied by processional morris dancers and musicians, children and other villagers. More recently, the event has also included a revival of the traditional Venton House fete in the middle of the day.
After Maypole dancing by Millbrook schoolchildren, the procession begins at Millbrook Quay with the traditional announcement by the Town Crier.
Those taking part are encouraged to wear traditional clothes - men in white smocks and top hats, with large buttonholes of white flowers, and ladies in long white dresses with red ribbons, sashes, and red flowers in garlands and in their hair.
The event is seen as symbolically marking the death of winter, with the launch of the boat in Cawsand Bay carrying the dead season away. Looe Food Festival Every JuneThe Looe Food Festival showcases local produce and local suppliers, allowing visitors to enjoy and sample a true taste of Cornwall.
Visitors can sample some wonderful Cornish food and drink and enjoy the chefs demonstrations - collecting recipes to take home. Local produce is for sale.
Free admission.
