This delightful cove with its small sandy beach is tucked away a short walk from Pendeen Lighthouse

Boat Cove is a great place to watch the waves. This photograph was taken in April on a windy day a couple of hours before high tide.

In the background is the nearby beach of Portheras Cove that can be accessed by a short walk (1 km) along the coast path.

Sighted at least four dolphins swimming off Boat Cove and Portheras Cove on the 4th June 2018. These two were swimming together.

This view of Gurnard's Head is taken from Boat Cove at Pendeen.

The headland is the site of an Iron Age Cliff Castle.

This stunning headland is located in the parish of Zennor on the north coast of the Land's End Peninsula

Tucked away at the end of a valley, this lovely beach can be reached from walking the coast path from Pendeen Lighthouse for about 1 km or from public footpath from Chypraze Farm.

During a walk in March, we spotted several seals in the area of Portheras Cove, Boat Cove and Pendeen Lighthouse.
