Towan Head separates Fistral Beach from Newquay's other five beaches - Harbour, Towan, Great Western, Tolcarne and Lusty Glaze.

At the furthest point of the headland on the look-out stands a white shelter with benches where you can sit and enjoy the stunning panoramic views.
