

Constantine Bay, in Cornish, Porth Kostentin, has an attractive sandy beach and is good for both swimming and surfing.

There are many sites of archaeological interest in the area with some dating from the Mesolithic period (Middle Stone Age). Numerous flint tools and artefacts have been found from this period. There are also middens which have produced shards of pottery from later periods.
