Polnare Cove is a small, sand and shingle beach on the eastern side of Nare Point on the Lizard Peninsula.
In a remote position near the estuary of the Helford River, the beach is is backed by cliffs and is overlooked by NCI Nare Point, the National Coastwatch lookout.
Good for diving and snorkelling.
No safety equipment.
No lifeguard service.
Polnare Cove is dog friendly with dogs allowed all year.
No facilities
No toilets
The nearest parking is beside the road around 1.5 miles (2km) away.
