Crantock Beaches |
A fine beach of golden sand backed by sand dunes. The beach is bounded by the River Gannel at its northern end.
Several car parks available depending on the access point to the beach. Large car park near Crantock village behind the sand dunes, another car park at West Pentire. You can also access Crantock Beach on public footpaths across the fields from the road between Crantock and West Pentire. Toilets available near the beach. Crantock beach is dog friendly with dogs allowed on the beach all year round. RNLI Lifeguards are on duty at Crantock beach from mid May to the end of September.
