Hor Bal also known as (Mungren's Hill Mine) is an old copper mine near Hor Point on the outskirts of St Ives.
It stands on a lode that crosses the headland at Hor Point.
Copper stains can be seen in the cliffs on its west side and on the east side, quartz-tourmaline vein rock is exposed.
It shaft was located in the middle of the headland, about 150 yards south of Hor Point.
There are no records of its output.
