U3A Roseland and District Swimming Group

The new swimming group or, to be more correct, groups has got off to a flying start.
One group contains just one member (and a helper) who is trying to overcome her fear of
water - and succeeding well.

The other group is for swimmers, especially those amongst us who have not been in the water
for 40 years. The activity is enormous fun, very good for one's health and general
well-being. The cost is £2.60 (concessions) and worth every penny. Details from Shirley
