Trevone Beaches |
Trevone Bay has a fine sandy beach popular with families and surfing enthusiasts.The beach is flanked by cliffs. There is always a beach here even at high tide but the beach widens considerably at low tide. Blue Flag Award Car parking and toilet facilities are available near the beach. RNLI Lifeguards are on duty at Trevone beach from mid May to around the 20th of September. For more information about the lifeguard service - RNLI Area support centre Tel: 01208 815465 or email lifeguards@rnli.org.uk To the west of the main beach is a smaller rocky beach great for exploring. Trevone Beach has a seasonal dog ban from 15th May to 30th September between 10am and 6pm. Outside these hours and from 1st October to 14th May dogs are allowed on the beach. Surfing at Trevone is popular and the surf can be good here.
