Kiberick Cove is a small sheltered cove on the eastern flank of Nare Head on the Roseland peninsula.
The beach is usually sandy during summer and during winter it is often more pebbly but it can vary according to the weather conditions.
There is no beach at high water but the scenery is stunning and you can enjoy the coast path and the wonderful views until the tide recedes. Blouth Point is to the east and Nare Head to the west.
The car park is a short walk away - the National Trust car park for Nare Head.
Kiberick Cove is signposted from the car park. A stile takes you into a field which slopes steeply down to the cove.
Swimming is possible on an incoming tide but this beach is not suitable for surfing. The rocks make it good for snorkelling and the western side of the cove is good for fishing
There is no safety equipment and no lifeguard service.
Dogs are not allowed on Kiberick Cove beach between Easter and October 1st but it is dog friendly between October and Easter when dogs are allowed.
No toilets or other facilities. The nearest toilets and shops are at Portloe (1.9 miles/3 km).
Carne Beach has toilets (1.7 miles/2.7 km)
